Dear AmCham HR Committee Members,
Join us for an exclusive series of sharing research insights and discussions of good corporate practices focused on employee wellbeing. The series will delve into the five essential elements of wellbeing identified by Gallup, providing valuable insights and practical strategies to enhance the wellbeing of your employees.
Although there are other definitions, Gallup's global research has found five elements of wellbeing that add up to a thriving life:
- Career wellbeing: You like what you do every day.
- Social wellbeing: You have meaningful friendships in your life.
- Financial wellbeing: You manage your money well.
- Physical wellbeing: You have energy to get things done.
- Community wellbeing: You like where you live.
At our second session on June 5, we will discuss: FINANCIAL WELLBEING
How to manage your or, as a manager, your colleagues’ economic life to reduce stress and increase security is crucial for wellbeing? Employees with strong financial wellbeing are more engaged, productive, and less stressed, leading to better organizational outcomes. Gain insights into financial wellbeing programs and how they can be implemented in your organization to enhance employee satisfaction and drive overall performance.
